5 Fabulously Geeky Jewelry Finds

The exhibit hall at GeekGirlCon 2012 was filled with fantastic booths, but none of them caught my eye like the glittering jewelry displays adorning the tables. Here are a few of my lucky finds from the con, along with some of my other favorite places to find fabulously geeky jewelry.

Cutebricks

I lingered at the Cutebricks booth at GeekGirlCon longer than any other. Cutebricks is an Etsy shop that creates delicate jewelry from teeny LEGO bricks. GeekMom Cathé couldn’t resist picking up a pair of dangly LEGO earrings for her daughter. I never imagined plastic LEGO bricks could be dainty and cute, but Cutebricks lives up to its name.

Five Leaf Clover

Etsy shop Five Leaf Clover makes not only ribbons and barrettes for your little geek girl, but also laser cut TARDIS earrings and necklaces “full of wibbly-wobbly timey-wimyness.” Five Leaf Clover also had a table at GeekGirlCon, and I let loose a squeal when I spotted the stormtrooper hair clip — although my daughter might also like the disembodied zombie hand with a green bow.

Kelly’s Keychains

After spotting the ad in the GeekGirlCon program for Kelly’s Keychains for “kitschy, kawaii, and often geeky” items, I had to check the Etsy store out. Cute doesn’t even begin to describe how adorable the jewelry is. With ninja octopicustomized Pokéball charm bracelets, video game themed accessories, and more, there’s something here for every geeky girl in your life.

Pandamonium Emporium

Captain America Bracelet from ThinkGeek.com

GeekMom Corrina spotted these phenomenal Avengers Logo Earrings on the Etsy store Pandamonium Emporium. Not only does the shop offer Avengers and X-Men logo earrings, but you can also find well-made Star Trek earrings and hair pins.

ThinkGeek

If you need some matching accessories to go with your Avengers earrings, look no further than the Captain America bangle bracelet on ThinkGeek. ThinkGeek is the go-to store for almost every geek. Stocked with delightfully geeky items from A to Z, ThinkGeek’s jewelry section is filled to the brim with high-quality trinkets for geek moms and geek dads alike.
