San Diego Hosts Starship Troopers: Invasion Premiere, Director

Entertainment website IGN announced plans on Monday to host director and mechanical designer Shinji Aramaki (Appleseed, Genesis Climber Mospeada, Megazone 23) at San Diego’s Comic-Con International later this month.

Aramaki, along with the live-action Starship Troopers film’s castmember Casper Van Dien and screenwriter Ed Neumeier, will be available for a special fan signing on July 14 at 1:00 p.m. at the IGN Oasis booth. Fans who attend the singing will receive a free pass to the world premiere of Starship Troopers: Invasion later that night.

Aramaki is directing the new CG film while Van Dien and Neumeir are executive producers.
